Home page - Company ProfileTongji Technology, Originally reformed from a university-run company of Tongji University, was established in November 1993. In March 1994, the stock of “Tongji Technology” was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock code 600846 and the abbreviation Tongji Technology.
In 2021, the actual controller of company changed to Yangpu State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, which not only implementing the Party Central Committee and State council's major decisions and plans about university-run company system reformation, but also optimizing state-owned asset allocation. The equity transfer deeply promotes cooperation between the Yangpu District and Tongji University, and propels the company’s sustainable and healthy development.
